The Function Room at Dart-Totnes Rowing club can be hired for all sorts of functions, from wedding receptions through parties and talks to business launches.

Facilities include:

  • First floor room with country and river views on three side’s; right next to the river.
  • Bar available.
  • Seating for over 70 people and accommodation for 140 seated/standing.
  • Small kitchen available for providing hot drinks or minor food preparation.
  • Ample parking being situated on the end of a long stay car park.
  • Balcony for those warm evenings and balmy days.
  • Skittle alley and dart board.

Tariffs:

  • Daytime use: Monday to Friday.
    Commercial -  £15:00/hour
    Not-for-profit - £10:00/hr for the first four hours and £5:00/hour after that.

  • Evening use: Monday to Thursday.
    Commercial -  £15:00/hour
    Not-for-profit - £10:00/hour *

  • Friday evening:  
    Commercial and not-for-profit -            £100
         
  • Saturday daytime:
    Commercial and not-for-profit -            £130     
  • Saturday evening:
    Commercial and not-for profit -            £130     
  • Sunday daytime:
    Commercial and not-for-profit -            £100       
  • Sunday evening:
    Commercial and not-for-profit -            £100       

Additional Costs:

  • Setting up time for the above £10:00/hour
  • Deposit £10 (non-returnable) on booking plus £100 (against damage, returnable if none).

No additional fee for booking the bar.

*Please note, the room is usually pre-booked evenings of Monday to Thursday from September to March but enquiries are welcome on an opportunist basis.
