Alex Rowe, won the gold medal at the National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships in London on Tuesday 17. He pulled 1182m in 4 mins, av split 1:41.5. In winning this he beat the 2 juniors who had beaten him at the Nat Indoors in Birmingham in November
